Liability & Responsibility

You are responsible for your dog's behavior and supervision during class
Cleaning materials will be provided for you if your dog has an accident
- You are required to bring your own poop bags
You are financially responsible for any injuries or damages caused by your dog to:
- Other dogs or people
- Terric Canines property and possessions
- Replacement or repair costs

Required Documentation

Vaccination records must be provided by or on the first day of class:
- Required: Rabies and Distemper/Parvo
- Recommended: Bordetella
Failure to provide records will result in class suspension until documentation is received

Payment & Attendance

Full payment is required at registration to reserve your spot
Missed classes are forfeited, including materials covered
Brief review of missed material may be provided after the next class (at trainer's discretion)

Class Rules

Prohibited Equipment:
- Prong collars, choke chains, or electronic correction collars
- Retractable or bungee leashes
Required Equipment:
- Dogs must wear a standard collar, head halter, or harness
- Leash must be securely attached at all times on property unless directed by trainer
Behavioral Guidelines:
- No physical punishment (hitting, strong leash corrections)
- No yelling or threatening behavior toward any dog or person=
- No on-leash dog-to-dog interactions or nose-to-nose contact

Required Equipment Checklist

4-6 ft standard leash (no retractable/bungee)
Collar, head halter, or harness (no prong/choke/electronic)
Variety of small treats (treat pouch recommended)
Poop bags
Optional: towel/blanket/bed for comfort during specific exercises

Class Information

Duration: Approximately one hour
Active participation required: Please dress comfortably
You will be standing and working with your pet throughout the session
This is a progressive 6-week course with a set curriculum. Missed classes cannot be made up or rescheduled as each week builds upon previous lessons. The course will proceed as scheduled regardless of individual absences.

Liability Agreement

I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my pet and its behavior. I accept full financial responsibility for any damage or injury caused by my pet to any person, animal, or property during class.
